I paid for my customizations, but cancelled my stay, will I get the refund?
Depends on the time you cancel. If you cancel before 3 pm on the day of arrival, you'll get a full refund. Cancellations made after 3pm won't be refunded
How do I get complimentary bottle of wine?
If your birthday fall on a date within duration of your stay - we will treat you with a bottle of quality local wine. Legal ID should be presented to avail of this offer. No cheating, guys 🙂
Can I add staying options (customizations) during my stay?
Yes, all of your customizations are available in your account and you can add new ones, anytime during your stay. Keep in mind that delivery might take up to 24 hr, depending on availability.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, well behaved pets are welcome. Please, choose Pets Package in your customization options
